BOOKING PROCEDURE

Once we have instructions from the builder to accept an offer on this property, in order to secure the booking, we need confirmation of the following otherwise unfortunately you will be unable to book the site at this time.

MORTGAGE AGREEMENT IN PRINCIPLE  - You must have an agreement in principle with a mortgage company if you are dependent on obtaining a mortgage for the purchase.  If you do not have same please contact our office as soon as possible.  We work in partnership with the Mortgage Advice Bureau.  They have access to exclusive mortgage deals you cannot get through banks and building societies, so you are guaranteed to get the best deal available. One of our advisors will complete the mortgage application in house and see it through to the end taking the stress away from you. PROPERTY TO SELL? – if you are not a first time buyer we can only take a booking if your property is currently agreed for sale and will require details of your chain and your selling agent at the time of booking.  This means if you have a house to sell your property must be sale agreed before we can accept a booking.

DEPOSITS – a holding deposit of £1000.00 is required (£500.00 non-refundable) and purchasers should be able to sign an unconditional contract within 6 weeks with your solicitor from booking and pay a further 10% deposit at this point.  Bank details for £1000.00 holding deposit  will be provided at the time of booking to arrange a transfer from your account to the developers.
