Community and Charity Organisations

Looking after and giving back to the local communities and charities.

Over the course of 20 years in business we have donated in excess of
£200000
to numerous charities including:
…to name just a few. As a team, we have raised money for our nominated charities by doing sponsored walks, climbing Slieve Donard and doing our darkness into light awareness morning for mental health awareness.
Community Work

Our aim…

To be the best local estate agency offering excellent customer service and a commitment to serving the community with honesty, integrity and professionalism.

In 2022 we proudly unveiled with our new branding as McMillan McClure and as part of our 20th year birthday celebrations that we undertake to support a different locally based charity every month.

This is our way of providing a helping hand to those in need and saying a huge thanks to the wider community that have supported us over the past 20 years.

Please keep an eye on our social media facebook page to keep up to date with our charity of the month and contact us if we can help support a local charity.

Work placement and schools

At McMillan McClure we have a long association with local primary and secondary schools, placement providers and UUJ University of Ulster, particularly those completing their degree in estate management.

Every year we take a number of students and provide as comprehensive a placement as possible so they can experience the world of work and estate agency.

Community work with Schools

We have also been invited to conduct mock job interviews with students and attend schools to give presentations on estate agency which gives children an insight into what it's like to be an estate agent in Northern Ireland.

With local primary schools along with our presentation covering their house type topics we facilitate a competition drawing their own house with prizes including Smyths Toy Shop vouchers.

We are very proud of our work within the local community.
