It will be your responsibility to have contents insurance for your personal belongings and furniture in the house
Smoke alarms, heat detectors and carbon monoxide alarms (where appropriate) will be provided. However, it is a tenants responsibility to test these regularly and alert our office immediately of any issues
If you have gas heating or a gas appliance, a gas engineer will be in touch every year to carry out an annual check
It is a tenant's responsibility to ensure you have a valid TV licence
