Conveyancing is the legal process that transfers the title of a property from the seller (vendor) to a buyer (purchaser).

Getting the best conveyancing advice and starting the process quickly can reduce delays in the sale and also ensure clarity around issues such as: what is included in the sale price and where are the property boundaries. Fees associated with conveyancing differ, but will be discussed with you at the start of the process.
