Residential Estate Agent of the Year

Winner - Sole Branch - Belfast Telegraph Property Awards 2023

McMillan McClure take home the prize for second year in a row.

It felt like déjà vu for McMillan McClure, as they won Residential Estate Agency of the Year (sole branch) for the second year in a row.

Established by Jim McMillan over two decades ago, the business has an extensive history of serving Newtownabbey, North Belfast, Jordanstown, Greenisland, Carrickfergus, Templepatrick, Ballyclare, Antrim, Whitehead and beyond.

McMillan McClure is at the forefront of the industry, embracing digital innovation to ease the customer journey whether they are buying, selling, or letting a residential property. The property business has a team of 10 and three mortgage advisors.

Two years ago, McMillan Estate Agents introduced a new business strategy to restructure and rebrand to become McMillan McClure with directors Mr McMillan, Barrie McClure, Laura McMillan and Katrina Heaney. The directors have been with the company for a combined 50 years and have invested heavily in the future of the business.

Mr McClure said the best thing about the practice is “working with clients and ensuring that people get to move where they want to be”.

Laura McMillan said the award was “testament to their hard work and great team”.

"Our excellent customer service goes over and beyond what anybody else in the area can provide and it’s great to get recognition for that hard work.”
