Negotiating with the Roads Service to ensure you receive a fair price for your home can be a lengthy and difficult process but McMillan McClure can ease the burden by using our experience to negotiate on your behalf.

Disturbance payments can also be negotiated. The fees for these negotiations are paid by the Roads Service if they are involved.
